Finally

I'm so excited that this is happening. My first actually post, other than posting on everyone's elses blogs & feeling like I was on the outside of the blogging world. I can't wait to captivate readers & have a new way to show my crafts, my life & what I want my future to hold.

As of right now, my basement is flooded. I don't want to say this is anything like the horrible tornadoes that are whipping out towns, but in my house, this is a disaster. We think it's because of our neighbors letting their septic flood, but it is also a possibility that it hasn't stopped raining in a few days.

Our sump pump is running non stop, along with us trying to push all the water it's way.

On to other news, I've been working on some new crafts. I felt our door needed something spring, so I thru together some rosettes & glued some fabric onto a foam ring. Simple, but just want I want to see when I pull up to our home.

I've also been going around the house to collect jersey knit to make these amazing bracelets, that I saw on Ashley's blog. Please pray for her little girl & her family, I'm so glad they finally made it home!

 

I can't wait to participate in so many more things now on this blog, I feel like this is going to take me right where I want to be in my life. I feel just like a little Gussy right now :)
